This is my everyday carry. It has fluctuated a lot over the years. Iâve carried more, and Iâve carried less, but this is what Iâm currently happy with.
Iâm Chris, founder of LOCHBY, and this is my EDC.
Pocket knife: Civivi Elementum
Small, convenient, deep carry pocket clip, flipper for easy opening
Micarta scales remind of waxed canvas. Develops a patina over time. You can see where the oils from your hands changes the coloring.
Multitool: in burnt bronze
Convenient for the driver with the dual bits
I keep a larger multitool in my vehicle kit. (Iâll link that video up here when thatâs up)
LOCHBY Pocket Journal
Always useful to have pen/paper on you. I prefer taking notes here over tapping into my phone.
It fits in the back pocket of my jeans, but when I sit down, Iâll take it out and put it on a table or in the center console of my vehicle.
I like fountain pens, so the Tomoe River paper refill is key
I have another video on my workout journal here. In that, I use a Dot Grid refill, but for everyday, I just go for the Plain Refill for maximum freedom.
Lamy 2000, Fine nib, SBRE Brown ink. Shoutout to Dr. Stephen Brown. Years ago, when I was first learning about fountain pens, I learned a ton from him. He designed a fine ink.
Keys - you want to be careful about showing these. Copies can be made from stills
Watch: Rolex Datejust 41. My one and only âfancyâ watch. Iâve always liked mechanical watches. My first one was a Seiko 5. When I started making money, I splurged on this one.
Wallet: This is from Montbell. Itâs super slim and fits in my front pocket. I donât carry a lot of cash on me. Just ID and some credit cards. It also has a zippered pocket on front where I can stash some coins.
Phone: iPhone
Wedding Band
Feel free to drop in the comments below what your current setup is. I love seeing what other people carry.

Very nice EDC. It's always great to see the face behind a brand. Thank you for sharing.
Appreciate that!
Love the Black and Green carry!
Thanks a lot!
Such a chill carry
Great video. It is always interesting and fun to see what others have as their edc. I use the pocket journal, but in brown waxed canvas. Looking forward to more videos.
Thanks Brian! Glad you're liking your Pocket Journal also. More to come
Brilliant selection of edc. Just enough and sensible. Find it so laughable when people carry so much stuff they can hardly walk. Good video. Annoying when people go ott.
Thanks. I was definitely one of those guys who carried too much at one point. I'm pretty happy with this amount currently.
I just got your pocket journals and am obsessed. Great sale, BTW! By 1, get 2. I Kept two, gave 1.
I might suggest a bit of a first aid kit or even a booboo kit. Having Bleed Stop on a person, along with a few essentials, can save lives. A few bandaids/ alcohol prep pads in your pocket journal could help a person out.
Do you have a video with a first aid kit, in a lochby tool roll?
Great products! Been waiting a long time to own some and now I do. đâ€
Great edc
I donât understand people that need to carry a knipex daily⊠they all say that they use it daily⊠sure
Or a complete micro toolbox
I have a small well thought out small toolkit that stays in the car and one at home
And thatâs besides my tool chest, Iâm a carpenter
I EDCed the Civivi Elementum in S35vn and in g10 scales. Overall a well made knife but was not overly impressed with the blade performance. I now EDC the Victorinox Trekker. Just got the Spyderco Native 5 lightweight. I may carry the Spyderco Native and the Swiss Champ as my edc. I just wish the Spyderco Native had better opening and closing action.
#Walletninja makes for a good ice scraper.
Good joke on that being the best fountain pen paper. Clairfontaine and Rhodia are better
To each their own âș
