- With Sam's dire performance of his Singing this famous Sea Hymn Id like to encourage King Arthur (Reverend Arthur) to sing along to this in a video upload played on the Organ here in All Saints Church.. CZcams I give my full permission for Silverstartrucker to use my video.
Thanks
Rob
My father served for 3.5 years in the US Navy during WW2, and we sang this at his funeral. I couldn't keep from choking up as I stood next to my mother. She was so proud of him and I missed him terribly that day. I still get teary eyed when I hear this. It's majestic. Thank You so much, for my father and for my family.
You know you’re from a Navy family when this song either gets you pumped or makes you really freaking emotional.
I love this hymn, especially when expertly played on an organ.
My father's favorite hymn. United States Navy 1956-1962.
The grandeur of your playing is never for grandeur's sake, but always for a higher purpose: that is what makes you a truly fine artist, Mr. Charles.
