    About Exotic Sugar Orchids:
    --------------------------------------------
Master the delicate shaping and subtle coloring of three elegant orchids with the guidance of your own gum-paste guru, James Rosselle. James shares his devotion to life-like beauty as he walks you through the deconstruction of a real orchid and the creation of its sugar-art counterpart, from cutting and ruffling the petals and forming the center, to assembly and adding natural hues.
You can jump directly to the individual lessons for creating the Cattleya orchid, the Dendrobium or the Cymbidium, or choose to make all three! Use the skills acquired with one flower to master the subtleties of the others, then see how you can combine them to create a show-stopping floral topper.
Three bonus lessons included with your class cover looped leaves, bamboo stems and marbled pebbles. As an enrolled student, you'll also have exclusive access to a supply list and instructions for these sweet fillers.
Bring a touch of the tropics to your cake creations. Enroll in Exotic Sugar Orchids today!

Hightlight: brings light to the object. contour: to add shadows. Adding the green to the base powder isnt highlighting its contouring what ends up being highlighted is the gum paste color itself becouse it is the lightest color..

He uses double sided veiners. The leaves are textured on both sides!

Q - Is the pattern that you pressed into it wrapped on the inside? In the one made in the demo it looks like the pattern has been put the wrong way and is on the inside?
