PURE SKILLS TO OPERATE A LOADER...
I got to a point i could load a truck and not spill any material overboard back when i was a operator at one of the quarries on my island, others they always made a mess and cause i wasnt following their kind of style they would have something to say😂
@@NathanCAY1010 why would you worry about spilling any ? Once truck pulls away just scope the spillage up going into pile for a full bucket . Why waste time trying to make load look pretty. Time is money and max tonnage always
@@Uno-1968 that's the thing bro, I got to a point I got it down packed and did it real quick, 6mins the most and no spill much, literally load one side high and then reverse and scrap and boom, box is full.
Amazing
The bucketing that loader is too big to load the trucks. Two half buckets 1 in front one in back and the truck is full. That loader is designed to load bigger trucks than it is now.

Not playing around loading coal with a 92
I used to operate a 988B back in the day in a stone quarry, and i used to think that was a big machine. The 992C is double the weight.

I would load close to the cab first with full bucket then right hand side corner the bucket and load the the truck evenly.
It won't tip if to heavy near cab . Normally around 12 ton approx first half of trailer behind cab the rest on back end . Its alot safer to tip that way to , most the load comes out first on back end

It's a wonder the truck driver's aren't bitching him out by pushing the coal over the other side and having to run over it as they pull out. Hard on tires, believe me he would get an earful were I work

These C series machines are bulletproof. A pit down from us has a fleet that still keeps up with our H series Cats and will for many more years if they maintain them. They’re clunky and uncomfortable as hell but they’ve got tons of power and for every POS Komatsu I see down or being retired I see 3 of these still going.

Thats not the way to do level loading..never press the material..should fill the bucket at an angle to make up for the space. and zero spillage.
