Even after a couple years this is still an AMAZING stop motion and for Target 2006 it’s the perfect story to turn into an episode almost making feel like a lost Episode of g1 this is phenomenal stuff 😂

I was just thinking about how awesome it would be if an animator took the Marvel comics and made a Stop Motion out of them ... really looking forward to Target 2006, has there been any updates?

Masterpiece Reanimated is an absolute genius. This is masterful!!! I've been a very detailed Transformers fan for 34 years. And this is so visually accurate, that it brought out the 11 year old in me. I felt myself literally smiling throughout this entire video. And the "Ultra Magnus vs Galvatron" homage to the "Target: 2006" storyline was magnificent. Hasbro should give you the rights to re-animate Transformers: the Movie, in this fashion. From a true and lifelong Transformers fan, thank you for this.

That's one of the most impressive stop motions I've ever seen! I never thought you would make any other stop motions besides the cartoon but now I'm looking forward to this!
I want to branch out a bit... Will still be doing the usual stuff as well, but I had this idea of G1 comic stories (especially one of my faves, Target: 2006) re-imagined as cartoon sequences, and wanted to give it a go.
Masterpiece ReAnimated it's a great idea as this might appeal to a new audience and it breaks the mold on stop motions as this might be the first one I've heard off being recreated based on the comic.

Target:2006 is one of my favourite UK story lines, where things got really dark for the Autobots. Magnus, built up to be this great figurehead for the retaking of Cybertron from the Decepticons, just barely hangs on against the hugely powerful new advesary. So much fun! I can't wait to see it.
Agreed the UK stories were simply amazing and a lot more mature than the American comic line, until Mr Furman took over.
It was also quite a game changer in that it embraced the animated movie, where previous comics had largely distanced themselves from the cartoon. So perfect for revisiting in toon form I think!

That last shot of Ultra Magnus against Galvatron I remember having the Annual book. I remembered this storyline to pieces, Geoff Senior IS and WAS my favourite artist for his depiction of Transformers. Love this 👍🏾

Wow, I just saw this and honestly it brought tears to my eyes. I love Transformers so much and G1 is my heart. To hear this theme and all the scenes was great. What a recreation it's so spot on. I really commend you for the time spent putting this together. I was right back to my childhood. And I love that Unicron theme at the last part. My favorite part from the beginning of the '86 movie. Thanks for making this.
