Yes the quality seems to have been going down lately there's been audio issues for a few episodes now
it's been like this for a while on gamescoop. no idea how they're messing it up tho. clip framerate bothers me the most .

Yea one (GoT) is an historical masterpiece and one (AC Shadows) is an absolute fantasy that looks like horse manure.

The Series X was $350 for almost a full month around Christmas 2023 at Walmart.
Animal Well was great _except_ it needed a better map with greater clarity and that auto records things you need to come back to once you discover them ala Metroid Dread.

The game picked for 20 questions (don’t want to spoil in the comments) is one of my favorites! What a great game.
The Silmarillion is a tough but amazing book to read. It's so ripe for being adapted to the screen with lots of different stories. Unfortunately, Amazon didn't have the rights to it so they had to make up stories that aren't even remotely what happens in the 1st and 2nd age.
Shogun also mentioned Japan's invasion of Korea.

It would be amazing if there was a souls like based off of the battle of lanka of Indian mythology. Totally new world gamers really haven’t gotten a chance to play around in yet.
What are they talking about “it looks awesome!”. It’s just a cut scene lol. We don’t see any game play. If we know Ubisoft, and we do, it will be the vikings game with with a samurai skin. Curb your enthusiasm.

Also the only assassins creed game that shipped complete on disc was the first one in 2007. That’s sad Ubisoft
A vast majority of console sales happen after the price drop... Most workers in the USA have not gotten a cost of living increase since the 20% inflation we have had in the last few years... Food and shelter will be priorities...

Justin amazes me every week with either a very insightful, thoughtful comment about the industry... or one of the silliest comments I've heard in a while (like PS Plus being too "complicated" lol). Just take the 30 seconds to read what each tier offers man, it's not that big of a deal.

The simple fact is that both Sony and Microsoft have been lacking in games this gen.
How about we don't compare the two games and judge AC Shadows on its own merits
Ubisoft makes the games you buy when the games you really wanted get delayed.
And you can’t blame the Xbox One for there not being enough reasons to buy an Xbox, and you can’t say there is lots of exclusive games to play on the PS5 when 90% of them are gritty story open world. Triple A gaming is just bereft of ideas at the moment.

The production quality of these shows has become too distracting. The new producer needs to either be replaced, or work harder to improve their craft. Poor mic quality, b-roll that’s not optimized for video in video, the list goes on. Be better, please.

@@slimpickins6007 Middle tier is access to a catalog of PS4 and PS5 games that are download only on your console. The premium tier includes all the games from extra and includes classic games from PS1, PS2, and PSP. Additionally in the premium tier includes the ability to stream. Honestly it's not that hard and frankly it's kinda embarrassing for people in the industry to not be able to outline this.

@@slimpickins6007I game a lot so it’s easy. The top tier gives you old school games like some PlayStation classic games (remasters too). You can also get some game trials. Extra is really the only tier you should care about outside of the basic, which is called Essential. Extra has a deep games catalogue and is usually the tier where when you hear a game is coming to PS Plus and it’s not a monthly game, it’s PS Plus Extra.
ghost of tsuchima was just the same 5 assasins creed quests over and over so the bars not exactly high. All it really had going for it were it's looks.

@@BACKDOORBROWNIE710 please explain to me where the quests weren't just generic ubisoft ones? The main story was literally just a far cry liberate the area story. Assassins creed had weapon variety in the later entries this relies on a combo skill tree. Both are equally needless to actually complete what's available in game. It's a bog standard ubisoft open world game with a very nice coat of paint.

Ghost of Tsushima? The game where literally every single mission is *identical*, go here, kill Mongols, go here, kill Mongols; and the collectibles are a cure for insomnia? It's beautiful for sure, but one of the most over-rated, repetitive, boring AAA games I've ever played.
Damn these guys seemed so positive and obviously omitting the easy to see fact that there’s a black dude as the main protagonist in a feudal Japanese game which is a pretty huge surprise. There’s nothing wrong in saying the obvious..unless you’re being told not to say anything at all?!?? Weird

Except it’s not a huge surprise? These guys work for a gaming company. Anyone who follows gaming news has known for months this was the route they were going for this game. It’s been known a long time. So then what is there to bring up? “It’s a black dude leading the game… and it’s based on a real dude in history… ok… moving on…”
Tsushima's Creed was average at best, so yeah. Without problem.
