I have a pair of y-3 qasas with the same kind of upper, it is actual leather, I think it’s just very thin and most of the structure comes from the backing
If you have normal to narrow feet, I would probably say go a half size down from your Ultraboost size. If you have a wide foot, you may wan to go TTS as the blocks on the side do squeeze pretty tight.

Having experienced the shoe now, I would say if you have wide feet, 100% stay TTS because those blocks are killer (even with my slightly wide feet). If you have a normal to narrow foot, I would recommend going down the half size!
The triple black colourway is a level runner 2 and none of those had boost in the midsole. So yeah, to date, the colourway in the video is the only Rick Owens shoe with boost in it.
I wouldn't recommend a full size down as those side blocks would be digging into the sides of your feet like crazy (plus the length may be too short at that point)

Yeah this is all real leather. Like a calf leather which is extremely light, similar to his lamb
