Yes and no, the sound comes from Super Mario Bros. 3 and was reused in the Zeldan games.

Dgl, when I heard Piranha Plant's Lullaby in game, I put the controller down and just chilled. When I heard the piano version, I was impressed. When I heard this, I was astonished at how someone could make such a chiller version of something already so chill. But eh, that's Qumu for you. Always breaking borders on how much of something can be in music.

I was looking for songs for a new lofi play list and I just happened to think of this channel first. This channel just has a unique way of making songs that no other channel can capture that, feeling. Not being too loud but not too quiet, and using similar instruments for songs but still sounding drastically different. The songs are amazing, but the true masterpiece, is who makes them.

This is one of my favorite things to play on the piano when I want to just vibe, because at its core, it's just a relatively simple pattern of chords, yet it's also quite easy to make up nice-sounding stuff on top of the pattern.
There's a lot of room to play around with this song on the piano, if that makes sense.

This song is amazing! I always loved how long it went- you so rarely hear it in SM64 to its full extent, so it’s nice they went to the effort of making it long.
And now I’m legally required to say “time to hear it on the Switch” but that aside, good work man!
