It’s stunning how the classical arts have lived on in media. It’ll be a truly sad day when great composers such as John Williams, Michael Salvatori, and Yoko Shimomura pass away.
To your list I would add Shinji Miyazaki, who composed this piece, along with 22 TV seasons' and movies' worth of great material that includes both arrangements and original works.
I also name Hiroyuki Sawano, who is known for soundtrack work but often composes tracks for himself or the many artists he colloaborates with, and Nikolai Kasputin, who did die three years ago but composed many blends of jazz and classical right up till then.

As sad as their passing may be, rest easy knowing that they inspired many to not just follow in their footsteps but pass them.

i dont rlly comment on videos but i felt like i had to on this one. listening to these amazing performers play this song brought back so many memories for me. back when times were much more simple. i recalled a memory when my friends came over to my house and we watched this movie when we were kids. im 19 now almost 20 and this song still holds a strong place in my heart. thank you for doing this song, happy holidays.

Hey, excellent job here!
As a studying music educator, I recommend you spend more time in your rehearsals on balance and blend. Really have your ensemble listen to one another. I recommend using the "Treasury of Scales" band and orchestra method book. It has great long tone exercises to get members to listen to one another. My campus did this when we were at the bottom of our luck and now people are taking us seriously as a music program.
