I absolutely love your home workouts. It's convenient to do anytime. The way you edit your videos is on point. No pointless banter at the beginning of your video. You get straight onto the work out, have countdowns and previews of the next workout so we know we can do it straight after. Shows we can all keep fit and healthy without having a gym membership!

Thank you so much for publishing a Q&A! I totally respect this “mindful” lifestyle. It took me months to finally “sit on my mental hands” and plug my mind into my workouts (with you😊), cooking, packing my lunches/dinners for work, and especially, eating. I have never had an issue with consumption, in fact I gained weight often in my university days, but over the pandemic, I lost my appetite from stress and the only thing that brought me back to gaining weight was active, mindful eating. It might not make sense to some people, but it really connects your body to your mind.

I went to Europe on a high school trip and visited France, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. My absolute favorite I never expected was Austria! It is so gorgeous and the people were so nice to us Americans (the other countries not so much) lol I found your videos on my at home fitness journey and you’ve kept me coming back no matter how hard it was! I always trained, karate , swiming until my dad died and i fell into a depression , i lost shape , i gained fat and after years i had cancer in my arm ,but it is people like you who help me and now even though my arm is but not 100 % ,i do it , because my goal is to be fit, but more than that , to be happy and love myself. Omg, I loved to know you well Anna! We’re so similar, same age, I have gained weight and loosed a lot too on the past, also had been dedicating CF for years and left it because of overtraining. literally crying, because i can relate so much, im just after aesthetics at first, and it all crash down to not eating, losing my period, getting cold all the time, always irritable, depressed, light headed, hair falling out and it turn to binge eating, devouring evry meal in front of me, a yoyo effect it was, i gained triple of my first weight. BUT I HOPE YOU BELEIVE ME WHEN I SAY YOU ARE AN ANGEL ANNA! God send you to wake me up, bring me enlightenment, and you made me strong, and stronger everyday! So I can't thank Anna enough for sharing her journey with us! She has previously shared her struggles with weight and body image and for her to have been able to grow and share all this wonderful advice and fitness content for free, just goes to show how amazing Anna is. 😁🤗 I really appreciated knowing that she started out with cross fit, but got injured so she focused on hiit and strength training and how that really works for her fitness goals. Doing her home work outs has really helped me become healthier and reach my goals and go beyond what I ever thought was possible. I never liked using weights to work out, but now I love it. I've never been consistent with my workouts and only did it with the goal of losing weight, but I've been working out with Anna for almost 1 year and have never felt better. I struggled with back pain for years and now its practically gone. Now my goals are not about my weight, but to get stronger. 💪 To all of you who think you can't do it...you can! Just keep going, don't quit.
