So glad to see you smiling and back online Angela! 💜🧡
2:06 that’s so important because a protective style can become harmful if the hair and scalp are “neglected.” Maybe we need another way of saying “leave your hair alone” lol.
4:35 Tight hairstyles is outlawed in my life-especially because I have fine hair lol. The tension on my scalp makes it flake. That’s why I love wash and gos 😍.
    6:31 😂😂😂😂😂
9:07 Yes to wash-and-gos! My scalp and hair did a 180! Long term moisture retention, minimal shedding, definition, low manipulation…it’s perfect!
10:23 yes! Washing all the strands in the same direction keeps it from tangling. I don’t even have to pre-poo or pre-detangle anymore because of that technique.
12:01 there’s definitely a learning curve with finger detangling. My hair is too fine for tools…even when I’m gentle 💀. But, I know eventually I’ll need to go thru it with a comb or brush to get the hidden shed hairs. It also helps to wash your hair more often to keep shed hairs from piling up.
    Great video!!!! 💜🧡

Seeing you with your wash and go it’s a push for me to put my hair in a wash and go too! I am so tempted.

I had very short hair for about 25 years. I started growing my hair three years ago. Your videos have been very helpful and I do follow your suggestions. My hair has grown from about half an inch to 10 inches.
Thank you for being so honest. I have been following you for about 2 years and have seen the growth in your hair. You really inspire me.

I had a single crown braid in the other day, and it looked very pretty, but one spot was just too tight, and after 4 days I took it out. Then I wore a wash and go for three days and my scalp was SOOO happy. It really is the best tension-free hair style. 😊
