      @@MoreSwoleTheyKnow My guess is that you are using too much mayo. Look at the close up shot at 02:00, it's just a thin layer. Another thing could be that your burners are too hot causing oil pops and bursts. Medium to medium high heat will still give plenty of color.

    I made this recipe yesterday... added some avocado as well because I had it. I would say between the juiciness of the chicken via the marinade, combined with that elite sauce and all of the other condiments, this was the best sandwich I've ever made in my own home. Thank you!!

    Legit, so glad I subscribed last night. For years in my bodybuilding experience, I have only used chicken in curries and in chicken parmesan out of fear that it will taste dry and chewy... Dude... This mayo chicken stuff is revolutionary. I doubt I'll be able to stop eating it!

    Made it for my mom and me. Turned out great but i couldnt mimic the sauce so i used plain mayonaise. Tasted great and would recommend.

    This sando, as Ethan would say, was beyond delicious. It took about 40 minutes for me to make it from start to finish, considering I had to make the Carolins BBQ sauce from scratch. 111/10, would make again. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to make myself another sandwich.

    I use middle eastern style yogurt instead of mayo and marinate it in a bag forn24 hours...but use the oven to cook the chicken and I roast garlic add to the sauce.

    I made a very similar sandwich for dinner tonight using my home-made brioche buns. I should have made bacon, but forgot to get it started before the chicken was almost done. I used the mayo marinade because of your channel and it was great.

      Its not accurate. 79 grams was for the raw weight of chicken. After the cooking process it will be about 46 grams plus whatever other protein you get from the bacon and cheese. Think it's like 5 and 5 grams. Still good Macros but Ethan it is not accurate for you to say this meal is 79 grams of protein.

      Just buy a knife sharpner. You can do that.
      I prefer my knives dull cause im clumsy 🙃

    What a good recipe. Didn't have all the ingredients so I substituted stuff on the fly but MAN did I impress my fiance and her mother with this sandwich!
