Have been using it over about 6 months and so far no complains for the price. Regarding firmness, I have done my own analysis if various mattress from various stores, there price and if they worth it...was planning to buy one of the best and add a review...but in due time.
I bought the king size, and I regret buying the cheapest one. This is soggy at the corners and cant sit reclining against the headboard. Always have a feeling of bulged in the center.
seems okay so far...so far not as bad as some of the reviews I was concerned about where it didn't fully expand...it seems to be mostly expanded but not 100% sure, will use for sometime and come back. Its good that you also orders this one, I can imagine, how much sites and products one would have gone through to do this purchase...hope this helped.

I honestly needed to see this because the pictures everywhere shows that it's gray but I received black, just wanted to make sure it wasn't the wrong one.

With queen, its okay for the price...yes its not as firm on edges but its not very uncomfortable but I guess that's expected at this price point.
Did it fully expand now? I just ordered this as well on Amazon and it was just around $230.

hahaha, I felt same way...but when video started, didn't wanted to make a cut or disruption, hence continued with whatever in hand :P :P
