- I had one of my subscribers tell me about this location so I’m not going to share where I was was in respect for him giving me one of his locations. I only had a short time to be here so I did a little bit of scouting around so I can come back at a later date. On this hike I did find a lot of petrified wood and some agate. So i hope you enjoyed the video..

We found a lot of stones like that with the wood running through them they tumble up really nicely and still keep their oddness

Ever heard of a place called Paul Bunyan’s wood pile? They are volcanic formations that look like fire wood piles that I’ve been wanting to check out in Utah.
I have not but that sounds very interesting. I’m going to look that up now. Thanks for the tip.
Dude,....I was holding my breath while you were inspecting that 16" piece of pet wood on the ground,..I was like.. don't leave it!!, don't leave it!!!..and you said it's coming home with you,and I gasped!..thank God!!..I'm definitely going to want to look at this area in June buddy!!.. great finds!!..I'm curious as to what's inside that conglomerate,..I'm betting agate core...
