  • Ingredients of Tinolang Isda
    0.87lb Colby Steak (Any fish that you would prefer)
    1 1/4 C Malunggay (Moringa leaves)
    1 medium Tomatoes
    1 medium Red Onions
    Ginger (crushed) was malaki sa thumb-sized at 2 slices
    1 Yellow Chilli (If atsal, you can use 2)
    (2) 2 inches lang nag Tanglad (pounded)
    1 tsp Salt (adjust according to your taste)
    3 1/2 C of Water
    **NOTE**
    COOKING is all about your Taste. Adjust accordingly.

    Thank you sa recipe. I'm about to cook this for lunch. Sa araw araw na request ng mga elderlies na sabaw sa pananghalian, I need to find other recipes. Good thing nakita ko to. Maiba naman. For sure this will turn out really well. Yung medyo malapit na sa kasarapan ng niluto mo po. 😊

    Eventhough this is a BASIC food here in the philippines. Hindi ko parin alam kung paano magluto ng Tinola. Only mga Fried lang. My Gush. I need to learned this

    1.min lang ang malunggay.kasi mapait pag matagal.ako kasi madaming madami ang maluggay ko .pag overcook pumapait.kaya 1 min lang na kolo

      Hi Luis, nabili ko kasi ito sa Seafood City, ang nakalagay ay Colby Steak ang name ng isda. HIndi ko alam anong tagalog name nito. Pero puwede ka namang gumamit ng tuna. Salamat.

      Lynlen Macaraig Hi, hindi ko pa na try pero for sure masarap rin kung lagyan ng kalabasa. If favorite mo ang Okra, pwedi rin. Ayoko kasi ng okra but I will definitely add kalabasa especially yung malagkit na kalabasa, nakuh masarap yan. Salamat for watching.

      Hi, oo puwede. Naalala ko kapag meron kaming tirang pritong isda, ginagawang tinola ng Nanay ko yun for hapunan. Masarap rin.

      Hi, 5 minutes for malunggay, tapos add ang bell pepper for additional 2 minutes. So, bali about 7-8 minutes yan. Pero if you added more malunggay, adjust mo na ang cooking time. Ang importanti ay hindi ma over-cooked ang malunggay.

      Klase ng "king fish" yan, masarap yan kaya lng by slice/kilo ang presyo nyan. Kht dyn sa pinas mahal yan at one of favorite ko yan:D

    may mali sa recipe at cooking nato.. dpat huli ung moringa or malunggay, kc maoovercook ung leaves..

    Mali Po pagluto nyo ng fish tinola bakit,pinagsaby sabay nyo Po ang ingredients at fish malulusaw Po ang fish at hindi lalabas oil ng vgtble hinalo nyo

      Hi Rham, para sa akin, hindi ito mali. Taga-saan ka ba sa Pinas? I mean, Luzon? Visayas? Mindanao? Iba-iba tayo ng version or way ng pag luluto ng tinola kaya walang mali. Isa lamang ito sa tatlong klasi ng tinola na niluluto ko. Minsan nga piniprito ko pa ang isda. Minsan naman pakukuluan ko muna ang tubig with sibuyas and kamatais at iba pa bago ko ilagay ang isda.       @@livinginthemoment8 depende rin kasi sa klase ng isda...may isda na madaling madurog kaya minsan prito muna ..pero pag ganitong klase ng isda kahit derecho lagay na ok lang...😄
