- Hi Vloggy vlog ! This was a highly requested video by you guys. Here is mu current week of workouts. I love mixing low an high intensity workouts in my routine and I incorporate a lot of pilates, running, HIIT, and simply walking into my weekly schedule. I was always a very active person and grew up doing a lot of sports so moving my body constantly is something that comes to me naturally :)
