    The Sanctified is my favorite bracelet weave to do, done right they are reversable, but the top & bottom are so different from each other. Unlike the cobra, which is the most versatile weave to work with, you have a completely different look from top or bottom up with the sanctified.. I know this is from 6 years in the past, that is still an awesome weave..

    I need to make two bracelets one to fit a wrist 8.5 inches in circumference and the other about 7.5 inches in circumference. How do you work out how much paracord you'd need to make these bracelets? for example to make a cobra stitch you use a foot for every inch. So what's the formula for this.

    If you're watching this now: This is a thick bracelet, almost half an inch. When you set up your jig, make the length of the core strands AT LEAST an inch longer, maybe 1.5", than your actual wrist, or it will not fit you when you are done.
    I wanted too different side colors, and the double cow hitch at the finished end didn't work well with the joint between the colors close to the buckle. I ended up using the Manny method for all 3 core strands at the finished end buckle. The other mod I made was threading the center accent color through the center weave strand that goes between the working end hitches, instead of trying to feed it through the buckle. The

  • @hydroknight01
    @hydroknight01 Před 3 lety +5

    If you replaced the green with a lighter green and the gold/white with a yellow, this would make a sick template for a quartet of TMNT bracelets, swapping out the centre accent for blue, purple or orange respectively. Maybe use a different yellow, and you could do a fifth for Jenika too. #TurtlePower

      @spencej05 Před 2 lety

    • @hydroknight01
      @hydroknight01 Před 2 lety +1

      @@spencej05 I figure it's a bit too dark; the TMNT colour palette usually uses something closer to primary green, though some series have given each of the Turtles their own shade of green to differentiate them. *shrug Each to their own, I guess.
