    I have mild cerebral palsy and MS and get painful knots and stiffness in my shoulders and neck quite often. This is something that a private physio has suggested. He said that it can be quite painful though so I’m scared!

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  Před 3 lety +6

      It shouldn't be to painful and nothing to worry about - especially if i was to do the techniques, If it is painful then they are using TOO much pressure so tell them to ease off and be more gentle, there might be some discolouration to the skin - however, if you are bruised then again to much pressure is used, regards jG

      There is a high probability that your partial palsy and MS are due to a chronic hidden fungal or worm infection , a lot of cases where i come from has improved by kerosene ( i know it sounds crazy but this is mentioned in ancient Arabian medicine ) .. all the best to you .

    I’m seeing a chiropractor for my low back and he’s definitely helping but I’m still having intermittent pain and stiffness that just won’t go away (3 months ago I hurt my back washing my car), I’ve had a couple massages and he’s recommending now that we try myofascial release. But he said that I might be bruised after, should I be concerned?

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  Před 3 lety +3

      I thought I replied to this message a few days ago! You shouldn't be bruised after treatment unless they are using a fascial tool like i show in the video - if so then you might have some discolouration to the skin, regards JG

    Do you apply quite a bit of pressure or very little? With this treatment on how many visits would you this for or is once enough?

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  Před 5 lety +2

      Difficult to say in terms of pressure and you need to attend a course to be shown how to use the tools and a few treatments is generally required, regards JG

    Good video. I would use finger nails or bone, probably femur of a deer or goat, possibly a well sanded timber of pine for a more gentle thermodynamic heat transfer, to avoid cold or heat shock from ,etal in winter or summer.
    Also, John’s skin looks dry and this suggests coffee consumption.
    Try replacing coffee with dandelion and chicory to soften the skin, whilst promoting healthy bowel function and elevating moods.
    This would be seasonally dependent. More in summer and less in winter.
    Consult a quality multi-disciplined Naturopath and Tradition Chinese herbalist for local advice.
