My friend told me about this and I plan on trying it out. Also some context for Controlled Demo, the "when volatile targets explode near you" portion of the perk is somewhat misleading as I am pretty sure that specific range is infinite. There was an old cheese/glitch for Last Wish where a titan could trigger controlled demo on the wish wall, and as a result would always trigger health/ability regen for themselves and anyone nearby. I think it only cares if the titan is the one who places the volatile on them
nice vid, you do know there is another method as well right.. if you stand right in front of the witness at the very front of the plate... with a well/two solar mods on chest an damper.. you can just bake him with all whispers or whatever else... this is lil better

Strat mentioned in vid is really cool never would have thought that crappy lmg would work anywhere. Alternate strat you can place well in mid and have 1-3 healing turret locks and/or 2 guys just running song of flame for the extra dr. The turrets cure will keep you alive or the DR from song. Also stag doesnt work with well you have to place a rift in a well for it to work.
Bro Deterministic Chaos SLAPS! I’ve been bringing that into everything with a Titan build that uses Controlled Demo and Actium War Rig and surprising people with how great it is. You can still put up solid DPS numbers, you provide a damage buff for everyone else, and you give out heals! Actually ran Crota a few times without a Warlock and was able to keep my team alive. Low key GOATED build.
I first started the game as a hunter and I mastererd the hunter to the point where I thought every other class was garbage then p2 of final shape came out with duel destiny and other stuff and I absolutely am a titanic maniac

a stag rift only lasts 15 seconds, the witness damage phase is much longer. In fact, its longer than 2 stag rifts (and well does not work with stag) Also if everyone is cramming into 1 rift all at once and you bump into each other during a jump attack, you all die because it counts as you being on the ground.
yeah as long as you just stay on one half and don't move you'll only ever take 1 of the 2 hits and the well easily gives you your health back before the next set of attacks. I've always run 2 solar resist and one concussive.

don't have a link but as long as you have controlled demolition + deterministic chaos + war rig you're pretty much set (assuming someone will be well for the witness)
I think you'd need the healing turrets or stag from warlocks to be able to replicate the healing since it will take away your super and thus not have well of radiance helping.
by the way its worded I don't think the witness would qualify as elite or mini boss, it's just a straight up boss. If that's the case I think you're better off with war rig.

It does not. You lose your super before the dps phase in excision. Without the Well of Radience, you'll never get enough healing to make it work.
I think you'd need the healing turrets or stag from warlocks to be able to replicate the healing since it will take away your super and thus not have well of radiance helping.

Most likely no. The light deficit alone is enough to probably destroy the well after a couple beams
