- Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and effectively
use one's own emotions and those of others. It involves a set of skills and traits that contribute to better interpersonal relationships, communication, and overall well-being.
There are five (5) components of emotional Intelligence:
1. Self Awareness
2. Self regulation
3. Empathy
4. Motivation
