Bishop Onah, please stand firm in doing your job of supervising your priests. We pray for you to overcome the attacks and pressures fueled by vault ambition, which has entered our Catholic church. Priests who claim victimization can not fool some of us. They are reneging on their vow of obedience they took at ordination. Now they want to lord it over their bishops and even threaten to leave the Catholic church!Some bishops appear to be bending for whatever reason. Others like you are standing firm protecting the faith and deserve support and prayers. SUPERVISION IS NOT PERSECUTION.
I can't agree more. Come to St. Luke's Catholic Church, Kubwa, Abuja and see abuse by the current new Parish Priest. Even the Holy Mass is abused and basterdized. It is unfortunate
@@sanchezdelafuente6126 Catholic Church has a defined method of celebrating the Holy Mass but the Priest goes out of the way to introduce pentecostal practices into the Mass. The Eucharist is the centre of the Mass and the greatest of all prayers but he turns the attention away into his noisy mass shouting and prayers focusing on he ( the priest) ability to pray than even the Eucharist. Pure pentecostal way of worship.
