Rare and wonderful. A high rated players game, but this could of course only happen among high rated players. Wow

After Qe4, why not play Nxf2 family fork? The queen is hanging, and so are both rooks. The rook on h1 doesn't really matter, but the one on d1 does. And so long as the e file stays half closed, the black king is at least not getting mated right away. f5 is just a positional blunder.
After Nxf2, you can play Nc7+, forcing Qxc7 and then Qxa1, but then Nxd1 (or h1, but d1 may be slightly better) and after the rook recaptures, material is equal. The bishop on c1 is pinned but protected, and black can play Nb6 to chase the white queen away and allow for something like c4 to give the bishop access to the c5 square. (or b4) which are its preferred placements, depending on where the white queen goes, and then black can just castle and resume the attack on the white king. White's attack is dead in the water, as yes, white can try to resume, but it's still equal.
