i agree with this to me every other characters ults feel fun to play and are special but Garou's feels like an enhanced move set version of his own like ryu with his powered up state in umcv3
Garou ult missed variants that might make him better🙏 Water stream rock smashing: smashes the ground creating a big aoe (a lil smaller than the rampage animation) Final hunt: nothing, if you miss it its your fault for missing the most damaging move in your moveset 💀 Rock splitting fist: throw a rock after the spin (kinda like foul ball) Crushed rock: if you miss it, you jump backwards to avoid being punished (can also be used for chasing)
Tbh comic strike sucks. Yea it does dmg but like it's escapable with evasive and also if you didn't get hit with the stun part it's easy to escape unlike table flip ig. I think if u have a friend they can do a I-frames ability to get you out of the cosmic strike stun.

For me, It’s tied between genos or garou, and the only reason I say genos is because of how much he is of a target to saitama. You don’t get to use the full ultimate if there are enough saitama users in the server. As for garou it’s pretty easy to see why, he has way too short of an ultimate for how much running you have to do just to get in range of your opponent, and there are so many characters that have moves to counter garou (like split second counter for crushed rock, or pin point cut for garou’s third move) that even if you do get close enough, most people will just combo you until the last sliver of ult runs out.
