What type of quality of the property was in high demand in the rental market before Pandemic? 1/2/3/4/5 bedroom? How many sqft? Flat / Villa / Townhouse/ whatever etc? Which estate? rental price range? Which estate has the most vacancy rate in rental property?
One question : If i buy a property in a freehold area for less than 500.000 AED do i get visa from the Dubai Land Department? Or should be the value of investment over 1 million Dirham?

If your a Muslim then inheritance principle applies everywhere no matter if its a Muslim country or not. If the owner chooses differently then its another matter.

Downpayments defers depending on the developer and the bank, for SOBHA its typically 60% downpayment.
For Royal Class Properties,our down payments are 20%
