Suster pie is juicy, baked all together, melts in your mouth!

Šuster pie is an extremely tasty and juicy cake that exudes tradition. We enjoyed every bite. We especially liked that the crusts were soft, and the layers of jam and filling fit perfectly into the cake.

INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
600 g of flour
1/2 fresh yeast
1 baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
250 ml of lukewarm milk
200 g of pork fat
a pinch of salt
1 grated lemon zest
1 egg
FILLING:
4 spoons of sugar
150 g of ground walnuts
30 g of poppy seeds
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 vanilla sugar
OTHER:
about 1400 g of jam (optional)
