Ultimate in FIFA 22 is brutal tbf. The ai play like prime Barca and every shot is smashed into the top corner at lightning speeds. I’ve played FIFA since 07 and never played against an AI like it.

Legendary on Fifa 22 is insanely difficult, the opposition keeps doing tricks in the box and you can’t get near them, I played with Liverpool first and got around because I always used to outscore the opposition, I’m playing with West Ham now on a slightly bad controller and I get absolutely hammered every game

If you've played the game you know that sometimes it just refuses to switch and at the same time the defender is running bloody who knows where on its own
@@TheMasterpiecePD I know player switching is horrendous, gotta get use to the analogue switching. Changed my game. AI defending (positionally) has always been dreadful regardless of stats
@@kristoferhailes4627 What bothers me is that if it’s the AI for my opponent, best believe they’ll act fast to get the ball of you, but if it’s AI on my side, it could be 5-on-1 and the Sunday league attacker’s going to SOMEHOW get free every time. Tackled off the ball? Ball bounces off of a defender back to the attacker. One-on-one with GK. Easy goal. Fricking clockwork.

I put the slider into 100 on marking and almost 90 on player run up. I lowered their marking and their run up. This 2 sliders make the game playable for me. No more tiki taka in my face and no more through ball for their wing back

What I like to do with my CDM is buy someone who is strong like casemiro who he can just bully off the ball and keep him on “defend while attacking” for m LB and RB I try to bring in pacey defenders who have good stamina and also keep them on “stay back while attacking” and let the front 5 do all the attacking. That way if the other team does get a counter on me. I automatically have 5 defenders waiting for them. I like this concept but the key part is you have to keep possession. U can’t play a back and forth game. Keep possession, suffocate them, and don’t let them out

I dont want the AI defend for me but at least give me the chance to do it when i switch to the next player.
And also FIFA22 is the first i had to switch of hands in the box. I had like 5 pens every game because of this.
