Unfortunately, I reached out to EBK Paris through email, Facebook messenger, and Instagram and received no response. I understand that they are an exclusive brand but I still find it strange how they conduct business or the lack thereof. Do you know if there's another way to reach out to them so I can purchase these fragrances?
I had the same problem as you. DM'd them multiple times over the course of 2 months on Instagram... Nothing. Sent them emails. They finally responded via email with a quote but when I dared to ask some more questions regarding shipping and costs if I purchased them in another country (since I am on holidays and moving around and the costs vary depending on where you buy and shipping costs also vary... They charge 20 Euro for the EU and free for US)... Anyway, they got irritated because I dared to send a second email with questions and just plain ignored me. Until I gave up asking questions and asked for the invoice then they immediately responded. Worst customer service ever. It really spoiled my enjoyment of the fragrance. I was willing to pay a hefty fee for 2 bottles so why did the whole shopping experience have to be so ridiculously difficult?

I have ruby abs vanilla intense and gsce nit opened it because I realised through the sample they so generously sent with the bottle, that the gsic wood and oud is a little too strong even if I love love the vanilla . Would like to know of its the case with this neroli one. I love All the citrus notes that are in the the vanilla neroli. Am thinking also about selling my Ruby vanilla intense wich box is untouched for a good price. Can you tell me through wich link I can sell it? Dies anyone know? No, there is no bitterness in this one. I just received mine a few days ago and am obsessed. In fact, it is going to be my wedding day scent.
Sintra is bitter because of the petit grain, not the neroli.
