In this video we are showing you how to remove the Front Door Panel on Ford Fusion Second Generation. It will be the same procedure for the Front Left and Front Right Side.
We took the front left door panel off. You will not need any special tools to do that. All you will need to have is a 7mm Socket and T20 Screwdriver.
It is not very complicated procedure. Make sure that you watch until the end so you can see where all the clips are located that way you will not brake them.

Hey, just in case anyone is looking at this because their window switches dropped out of position, all you have to do is undo the 7mm screw in the door pull, and that panel can be popped out with the switches, and you can click them right back in.

Question? Someone try to break into my fusion on the passenger side. Door will not open from either sides. Inside or out the outside handle broke off. Ever time I use the keyless entry. The passenger side flutters very fast. I need help on how to open the door to replace the door handle outside.
What size is the woofer in the door? I need to replace the woofer in mine.. I’m looking for a good woofer

2009 Year is still 1st generation
2009 is 1st generation. 2010-12 is 1.5 gen. 2013+ is 3rd gen
I had to open up the panel to change out the door handle and lock tab. I am not mechanically inclined but after watching this video and another that shows in more detail how to change the lock czcams.com/video/bpcaBaM5aDw/video.html , I got the job done. The hardest part was reconnecting all the wires because you have to keep the panel close to the door and its size makes this awkward. The job took me about an hour (again, no real mechanical skills). If you are changing the handle/lock, the bolt inside holding the lock is 8mm and as was indicated in this video, the one inside the door grip was 7 mm. Thanks for sharing this video, it really helped!
