  • I had purchased this all automatic cheese maker from Amazon France and in this video showing you some functions of the machine. In this video, I will be using the vegan cheese function to make fresh goat cheese Chèvre (cheese make with goat’s milk) This machine is made by Ariete called B-Cheese and it is imported from Europe so you will need a transformer to use this machine. Please make sure that you check all the voltage requirements before you proceed to using any foreign appliances and follow all safety instructions. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THIS PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRANSFORMER AS IT USES 220V outlet! YOU MUST USE AN APPROPRIATE TRANSFORMER TO USE! US uses 110V outlet. If you have any questions, please consult the manufacturer before purchasing.
Here is the link to their website:

Does this machine have the capacity to make cheese or yogurt from 2 liters of milk? A lot of the other yogurt/Cheese making machines they sell in my country can not hold more than one liter. Ariete doesn't say anything on its website about what litre capacity the machine has.

Yes I just checked the recipe book and it can do 2 L probably that is the max as most of the recipes in there is 1.5L but there were like one or two of them that says 2L which means that is probably the max? I have not yet made with 2L tho. I am only basing it on the recipes. Hope that helps?

Oh you are welcome, let me know how you like it, i like it to make fresh cheese only really. I have to try making mozzarella in it and see how that works. Please share in the future if you found any tricks or good way to use it. Thanks 😊

@@shelterinivysplace8237 Been making some big batches of kefir cheese/labneh. Have found that pressing the vegan cheese button before putting it on to the yogurt incubation setting allows it to reach scalding temperatures without having to heat it in the pan. This minimizes the risk of cross contamination with yeast, since I don't have to use as many utensils. My kefir labneh used to not set properly before buying the machine. It used to get sticky from the yeast contamination. Probably because i was using too many utensils.

Hello nice vdo :)) I just ordered this and I was asking myself if it is possible to make some kefir with it. I saw that there's a mode for the greek yoghurt at 40° /12 hrs , what do you think? salutations :)

Oh I am sure that you can use the yogurt setting for kefir?! I do not like Kefir much myself so for that matter I cannot help as much!! But do let me know if you try it! Good machine and thank you for watching!
