Hey there, a tipp: If you reconquest for multiple vassals, apart from the wargoal you should return core province for the other vassals (in this example for Toulouse) in the menu instead of clicking on the provinces. This uses your 20% province WS cost and also costs less AE
About the subsides you sent to geneva around 17:00, you mentioned that the minimum length is 10 years, which is correct. But, you can cancel them at any time, the same button to give subsides in the diplomacy screen becomes a "cancel subsidies" button. After you have the relations you don't need to keep paying.
With how blessed this campaign was, you almost have to make a part two. Papal Controller + HRE Emperor + 6 6 6 heir naturally? Ya gotta keep going.
If I ever play in the Italian region I usually go for heavy expansion in the Tunis and Egyptian areas so that I can have a decent base for my economy while still expanding in Italy two provinces every 4 years. It usually gets me to form Italy by 1530. You got this broski!

@@trihermawan9553 winning punitive wars….are kinda dumb when you have allies who will give up land to surrender to them. You weaken your strong allies enough over time to eventually beat them too sooooo. Ya winning punitive wars is stupid. Don’t need to fight you lol.
I played Savoy one time a few years ago. I don't remember which patch, but man it was super fun. Italy has always been one of my favorite regions to play in. This was a super fun watch.

Never played in Italy after got recked as Naples by ottobros but this made me wanted to play it again.
if ai has an isolated 1 province capital, it moves it to a saver place.
if u make paris surrounded even france moves it capital

I think Diplo is a better choice for Savoy anyway compared to espionage.
Diplo is in general more useful but Savoy (and Italy too) already have improve relation modifiers so you can stack those to reach some really high numbers of AE decay (more than 5 every year).

Pro tips : declare wars on Switzerland day1(using humiliate in my case) and then use Geneva favor to reduce Switzerland opinion will prevent Genova event long enough for Savoy to annex them. Free mp is also nice, Switzerland day 1 usuaaly have no strong ally

Is it more fun than Naples or Venice? I have only played these two in Italy because they have the highest devs so easier alliances with great powers
With any Italian nation it's really good if you can form Sardinia Piedmont and complete the +5% admin efficiency mission before forming Italy which is an end game tag, so it's probably the easiest to do it with Savoy because they already start with Piedmontese primary culture, but yeah Naples and Venice would probably be my choices just for overall chill and relaxing gameplay because of how strong they are at the start
Around 10 minute mark u choosed wrong option for local defensiveness, you should have picked the third option. It's always better to pick the one with green bar but u didn't read it all
Very good observation bro, but I'm 99% sure i read it and it was some kind of a temporary bonus. The green option is not necessarily always the best, for example there is an event which gives +1 stability or the green option giving level 3 50% off advisor, so in such a case it's also a matter of choice which one is better:)
