MONSTER MURRAY COD ACTION WITH CODMAC AND AJ

- They reckon a Murray cod is not a big one if it hasn't a body as big as a keg. Well here are a couple of absolute kegs from a trip Alex Julius did with the Keg King: Rod Mackenzie AKA "Codmac".
Great work......absolutely monsters! Water of that colour is foreign to me up here in the upland areas of the catchment. That fluro green is my favourite stumpy. I love the way Codmac spears his cod back into the water, thats a great technique, particularly during the hot weather. I have been torn apart by keyboard warriors for doing that, but I believe it is in the best interest of the fish. Great work young...ahh....old lads!

+robbiefishing I'd say the fearsome warriors are just intimidated by how well you fish Robbie. youtube is the worst I have seen for this type of 'know all' behaviour.

They would have pulled it out of its mouth and lightly pinned it to its side to make the removal seem quick on camera.

Don't listen to Dirt Kart Racing, Cod can be taken from December 1st to August 31st, as long as they're between the sizes of 55cm and 75cm.

The times of year when you are aloud to keep them very depending on which rivers you are fishing. The legal size will also change depending on which state you are fishing in.
