    • @brentlionakaboldchamp
      @brentlionakaboldchamp Před 4 lety

      You just gotta make sure your shoulder is much behind your arm, and also use a lot of up pressure as if you are trying to touch the palm of your hand to the ceiling while also pressing. That keeps the pressure more on your lower arm instead of the upper, and its easier to hold somebody that way. Check my channel for some of my arm wrestling vids where i have used the flopped-wrist press.

      L.E.V.I yeah to further hatelove, do high reps 20-40 until you feel sore, then use a ligher weight throughout the day to recover to send blood to forearms and for high reps do 3-4 sets of a heavy weight

    • @ala4362
      @ala4362 Před 4 lety

      @@levi5073 if you already arm wrestle once a week, you don't need to do heavy training. You can train every day and go for high reps but not until failure. You don't want to become an endurance athlete, cause you will lose explosivenes . If you feel sharp pain on a specific spot, work on it, don't evade it.
      EDIT: that's all coming out from devon

    • @eane1275
