Hey Wrath, in case you were wondering, the first video was from a CZcamsr named JoshDub, does a lot of weird VR stuff. Name of video is “Link screamed at me for 10 minutes in VRCHAT”.
Smg4 kinda has to move away from nintendo stuff cuz who knows how long until the Australian copyright laws protect him until they have to follow the reset of the world
i mean, it kinda defeats the earlier world settings of living in the Super Mario 64 world, but upgrades everyone, upgrades

Actually, as long as Lucas does not try to profit off Mario directly, its fine.
What SMG4 is doing is making his channel mercendisable... Which he cannot do if he uses Nintendo properties. Its why he created Melony and Tari, changed Bob, Green Ball, Meggy, SMG3 and SMG4. He needed to make them mercendisable.
As long as he's not selling Nintendo Material, such as Mario and Luigi, he can get away with selling his products.
Don't believe me? Look at RvB. Technically, Red VS Blue _SHOULD_ have fallen victim to copyright laws as they use the Halo IP... Yet they have not once been slammed by Bungie _OR_ 343 for selling RvB Mercendise.

The "Nintendo Suing SMG4" thing was him trying to be dramatic.
It was more an "in universe" story for the redesign so it wouldn't feel too much out of place unlike SMG4's latest redesign introduction but it was more breaking the 4th wall by adressing the thought of the SMG4 community

With the end of Mario recolor saga and the permanent destruction of Peach's Castle after this movie, it's now official that the new era of SMG4 series has already begun.
Even if this castle will never be rebuilt forever since it makes its last appearance in this video, its legacy will never be wiped out of its memory due to some adventures happened there including the very first video of SMG4 series "The Cake is a Lie" and of course the well-known SMG4 series episode "Who let the Chomp Out?"
From now on, SMG4 and his gang have to say goodbye to their "home" as sooner or later they will build a new one at some place that will appear in future videos.
May the Peach's Castle of SMG4 universe rest in peace.

It’s great to see your handling well, now I’m not a CZcamsr or anything like that, but I have been watching your videos since the very beginning and I loved every single one of them. Just know no matter what some people will say about you, you will always be the best reaction channel I’ve ever subscribed to.

I dunno, like, I get wanting to be original, but the castle was one of the last remaining links with the original smg4 series, and had been there since the start, so to remove it now is just.... the series won't feel compete without it, and it feels like he's actually trying to get rid of the original series as much as he can now.

Wrath no matter what you go through and what trials and tribulations you face outside of your space you are an amazing person and I'm glad that you make content in the same way that smg4 makes his. If it wasn't for you and your reactions to TF2 content I wouldn't know how much TF2 would be a fun game and how funny the TF2 community really is.
