Hey guys, super excited to be releasing my first Iron Man run. This one is a viewer request which I have slighlty modified. The intial condition was to not attack Nod until the GDI reinforcements arrived, which meant not capturing the Northern Nod base with Engineers and subsequently using Flame Tanks and Venoms to destroy the Southern base.
That particular challenge turned out to be quite easy, and actually rather boring to watch in my opinion. I therefore modifed the run to simply only use GDI units and to complete 100% of the Objectives. After quite a few attempts and different strategies, I found this run to be the most satisfactory - (I especially lke the Predator Tank ranking up.)

I am pretty I am the requester that you mentioned in the description. Thanks for the run. It is really an interesting twist for many thinks Crotia is impossible if doing as intended way the game wants it to be.
The brilliant idea here is to rush to the other side and control the enemy infantry there. I like the idea of capturing the garrison buildings which are supposed to be NOD infantry in them. You can see the Millitant rocket squads spawn outside of the garrison buildings and can't enter because already occupied. Also 5:27 , it is quite funny that the Pitbull explode for no reason. Well, it is intended to be exploded I guess.
Maybe at the end to make it faster is to bring more missile squads to attack those Venoms. Overall, I really satisfied with the run even it is not 100% the same as I requested. Good luck on your work here!

I don't know what Iron Man speedrun is but it seems like using the all characters and can't be use again when died. In C&C context, it means only use the units in the faction itself like playing as GDI, only use GDI units and not capture other faction buildings. Congrats on your first Iron Man speedrun eventhough the video before this also you categorised as Iron Man.

Hey, I'm really glad you enjoyed the run! I'm sorry it's not 100% of what you asked - I tried to stay as true to the theme as possible, but as I said it was a little boring to watch imo.
There are some more runs of the "Iron Man" theme on the way, so be sure to watch out for them! :)

only shame is how dam ''dumbed down retail'' styled the map is ...aka , the hostile bases is borderline next door yet is supposed to give the appearance of having been long term there ..how the fk did GDI roll in and set up a fortified outpost right smack in EYE SIGHT of at least two of them XD
other then that though ,this is one of few mission maps for that EA mutilated C&C i realy like the design of and how the player by being a bit tactical can null some of the potentially 'impossible' aspects of doing it 'hard' ..rather then having to resort to some sort cheesing or such.
