We rarely accept dinner invitations these days. However, this was an evening we couldn’t turn down, especially since we were meeting our friends, Madhav and Simran Sehgal after years. Madhav also happens to be the GM at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, and this evening soiree at their signature Indian restaurant Jamavar featured an amazing repertoire of the restaurant’s timeless dishes with some new inspirations, and combined with an insightful tasting of aged rums (drink responsibly 🙂). I was happy I took my tiny action camera along to capture this short vignette for you.

The best thing about Leela Palace is that you go there to eat a meal and come out with a big smile and happiness along with the meal. It's almost 5 years, I haven't visited Leela Palace and so I definitely miss the customer service at Leela 👍
Yes, the only Indian food vlogger who can do it with ease and finesse at a 7star as well as the street stall.
Kripal and team, the way you develop content is quite natural and especially no big culinary jargons to confuse the world, appreciate your inclusiveness, diversity and never fading passion of your team while presenting a road side food van or single room hotels on highways or even vintage kitchens in temples or big fat hotels in city, simple but impactful visual treat !! Pls do also share some favourite restaurants of your mother, the chemistry of food has completely changed then to now..

Loved this video! Around 7 years ago I used to travel a lot and stayed in really awesome hotels. Brought back fond memories of some nice meals. Completely stopped pampering myself, this reminded me to go for a luxurious meal

Jamavar food is great no doubt in that, it's top notch in terms of selection of dishes where north and south India meets but some how today's Food presentation was not in line of what's happening globally with Indian food and iam not talking Indian fusion food .
I wouldn’t mind spending £££££ to have authentic indian food. Love your videos . I remember my Undergraduate days in Bangalore where me and my best friend used to save money and go once a month to have food in those 5star hotels and restaurants.

Citrus in leela palace has the worst buffet. I even said this to the chefs there. Absolute of money and time. On other hand leela in Bhartiya city has an excellent buffet.
