@@quitefoolish1526For some weird reason when long ranging Q your second R procs the passive without the need to land an auto attack. This behavior is intentional as it's present from YEARS. I was Talon main so I am sure of it. But looking at the replay after some changes maybe they made it so he lands AA faster and in this particular case he did AA looking at the passive icon. However bleeding can be proced from second R or at least it used to. There are tons of Talon main compilations where the fast combo kills from bleeding AFTER second R lands if you don't believe me.

yes, you can see the passive proc, which means he 100% AA'd

@@sdo1078that’s just how W Q R combo works. Your ranged q now reset auto timer and after you Q the game automatically inputs an auto command
