I recognize many of the symptoms described. The ear ringing began 30 years ago and has never left. At times it has intensified recently. But it is particularly interesting that my sleep patterns have been varied, particularly waking around 3:00 a.m. In the past weeks I've needed at least one nap during the day. Because it's been extremely hot during the day, I'm doing my daily walk very early. It's wonderful being able to walk in the cool air and to see the birds. There's a hummingbird (one of many in our community) that likes to perch on my back patio chimes. What a joy they are!

Last sum the ringing in the ears got so loud. Loud to the point I was holding my ears praying to God to plz make it stop…. Now I’m used to the energies they’ve definitely picked up, time is faster I used to love coffee but can’t drink it anymore I don’t know what happened but I just can’t go back keep striving pushing forward
