I love it, I was actually remembering a week or so ago, when I was about 8 I had a ski lesson and the instructor called me SuperSuz. I went by Susie back then. Maybe I’ll readout that, I like it! Thanks for a great message again. Happy Tuesday.

I live alone, am now retired and going through a really hard selling and buying process (unexpected) to move at the moment and I spend days not physically speaking to anyone, perhaps I should start talking to myself 😂 and speak to myself with a nickname. I was looking at the move putting me in a much better environment (with a garden 🥀🌻🌺) to get myself a pup 😊 to get myself out and about to hopefully meet new people no matter the weather but the going is so slow and I’m presently trying hard not to be negative about it all so perhaps I’ll wait awhile before thinking of a nickname 😊. Love listening to the messages each day, thank you ✨🙏. And thank you for the space to offload as I know all the members here won’t mind I’m sure 🙏

I moved last year near my son (don't see them much) I have a rescue dog, I rent, have plants and flowers, spend much time alone (it can be grueling) I am writing my story for my sons so they know why I kept them from my narcissist mother. Such a great suggestion, nicknames are so much fun! And, totally work with how our brain learns new information… You can look it up. A Spanish language teacher teaching adults assigns her students a new identity - name, history and occupation. Students learn and retain the language more effectively and quickly.

I appreciate this concept of giving myself a nickname! I do well to not berate myself or call myself names but in my line of work, I need to hold a critical lens of how I can do better or say something differently and at times, that critique can be approached with a harder tone from me on certain days. Utilizing a soft nickname such as “tree lover” or “rose whisperer” immediately shifts my tone to be more kind and loving in the assessment or critique. Thank you guides and Ginette😊 glad to also see you back in the office and energized! Mars energy feels❤
