Sir there is a registered will for a property in name of son. Father bought another property but couldn't make another updated will but verbally told the son that it would be his also. How can son get transferred in his name on the basis of the only available will ? The 2nd property in existence of the will was transferred through it in name of the son successfully.
Is there any clause in will about future properties?

Later the new property was purchased from money out of selling one of the property that there was in the will. The son was also made a party to the sale deed. Every other heir knows that the new property is of that son only as father had verbally told everyone and nobody had demanded anything since 20 years of fathers dead and that son is having possession of the property also. Now how can the son get the property transferred in his name.

I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years.
My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years. No one had even came once to visit this flat, electricity meter, water meter both got disconnected in the year 1998 due to non payment of dues.
I had tried my best, went to the dda office, sdmc office, sub registrar office, but all efforts gone into vain. Actual owner is not traceable.
