Community Vigil to Remember Zijie Yan

On Wednesday, August 30th, the Carolina community came together during a candlelight vigil at the Smith Center following the loss of Zijie Yan, an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Physical Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences, who was killed in a shooting on campus Monday afternoon.

This video starts about 28 minutes in. I am sorry for such a tragedy. To UNC University, The town of Chapel-Hill, to the family and loved ones. My sincere condolences to everyone. I just moved away from Chapel-Hill last year. It's a beautiful place.
