You do some amazing work on your builds. Quality work. I’m 53 and watching your videos has built up my confidence for my own builds. Thank you for having a CZcams channel.
Great work Kris.Congrats
Thanks, but who is Kris?
Beautiful work and finished build.
Awesome build Sir !!!!!!!
wow that's some build there wont be many better than that. Thanks for sharing.
Master Class.... nuff said
Bravo!
I'm curious... what's the black marker used for before sanding. Do you recommend using thinned flat black paint for panel lines? Also what's your recommendation for a good detailed 60s Mustang kit. I want to build either the GT or the Mach 1. AMT vs Revell vs....
You do beautiful work. I started last winter and done one car. I got a my model desk set up and all my paints and glues and airbrush guns but I just can't get back in to it like I used too I don't know why.
I had the same sort of thing. I started with easy builds and the warhammer figures. Not a lot of building but cool to paint. Hope u find something to kick start u again
Do you have a specific video where you show how to thin out paint? I just want to follow your steps. Awesome work on all your builds by the way!! Currently trying to replicate the Foose ford truck!
i don't thin the paint, it is pre thinned.
In my opinion the mustang could have used a bit more yellow. But other than that, it looks great 👍
How do you store model to dry for 24 hours or more, to keep it safe from dust? I was thinking about using dust free plastic box but I'm not sure if there are no better ways to protect model from dust during works on paintjob :)
Check out local bakeries or fast food places like Dairy Queen, they use light weight clear plastic cake protectors. Use double sided tape for handles.
@@gordonenquist36 thanks for idea :)
You are such an awesome model builder attention to detail your painting techniques I've been watching your show for quite a while I have just a few questions where do you get all the Tamyia products like the sanding pads and the sanding sticks and the tweezers and when you scribe out the door lines what kind of tool do you use and where do you get it I need to update
I have them all in my webshop www.tsmc.shop
Its a tamiya engraving blade, the mr hobby also works 0.2mm
is there a reason you used silver as backing color for the white and yellow bits?
It's to make the colors pop. He mentions this in the video where he paints the car: czcams.com/video/94aDN_sqs5E/video.html&t=465
Is there glue that can use that doesnt frost up clear parts and also can be used on other plastic model surfaces
BSI Super gold +
Thanks man its just that this glue is really expensive and costs like 40 bucks including postage
I hesitate to buy this specific kit. Is the fit good? I have experienced further problems with the brand... And would like to be sure to get a proper final result, as I am not kit master as you are. Excellent job this time again, well done thanks for sharing your experience, tips and tricks.
The kit itself is not great. And does need a bit of work to make a clean build
How much do you charge for these builds? Would be nice to have a fully detailed model car for inspiration. . .
Depends on a lot of things. Prices start at €250,- for simple kits and go up depending on the detail etc. Excluding kits and or special paint colors

Yh that exhaust is incredibly horrible and wouldn’t work irl the paint would be perished extremely fast
There is a little thing called ceramic coating, this is extreamly durable and would make this possible. Good looking or not. Possible and durable it is or could be
The Scalemodeling Channel yes but it doesn’t last long at all with constant heat fluctuations I know this as many Porsche’s i work on especially the older 964 cup cars have a ceramic coating as well as many other cars it doesn’t last long at all
The Scalemodeling Channel I’m just looking at it from a mechanics eye painting exhaust can have serious affects and can cause back pressure hence why the yellow is extremely unrealistic but I guess someone with an untrained eye wouldn’t know
Pc Plod then why the hell did Penske’s 66’ Sunoco Corvette have powder coated yellow side pipes? A race car with painted side pipes is not uncommon at all and I am no mechanic just stating facts
Take a look

David Thibodeau if you saw before and after you would know what I’m on about in some later photos of that car all the yellow has been completely changed in colour and in the Texas automotive museum it has been restored with bare a bare metal finish because the majority of the powder coating was perished by the heat fluctuation
