I managed to get to the end blind but man my raid team just fell apart at the end.
same here it was to much chaos going on with the empowered people. we also did it blind

This new Tron DLC looks alright
Use black spindle. It works better than ghorn lol, I was doing more damage than 3 ppl combined with my black spindle. Throw on your best legendary heavy, and infuse black spindle as high as possible and during the damage phase go to town on the back of his head.
How are you killing the captains tho? I need Raze Lighter to take them down. Or is the other person with you using Raze Lighter?
The other person is usually using gally
we have three warlocks two hunters and a titan. titan for weapons, two hunters with bow and three stormcallers. the storm callers are on each side, they super the captains. the hunters are on the sides one uses tether for the shanks and the other uses tether at the last damage phase. and the titan is in middle with the weapons of light for the last damage phase. theres enough orbs after one phase to cycle all supers alone.
From my behalf, I can say that as I was in the middle, I took the captain down by stormtrance (with transcendence), I also had the Ghorn as heavy and 1000 YS with triple tap, spray and play and max stability. Worked very nicely.
Though I had a thought regarding how Black Spindle might work :) I'll give it a go on our next run, for sure.
Completed the raid earlier today. Communication is key for the Guardians with Empowerment.

Ghost of boredom I just completed all the quests in rise of iron and it gave me that
you do the sepiks perfected quest then this i believe but anyway This IS metal and flesh, completing the raid.

So, I'm 370 and don't have a mic. But I was told it's not completely needed if I listen. Last part isn't too hard because I would just need to go to the last spot where someone who is empowered isn't.

i have a few questions. im doing this part on ps4 but havent really done it. how do you dunk aksis? with square? and how many times do you repeat the process.
I have a question about the cannons that the cannons that the captains will drop. I've seen some people use it through all three of his stun phases, I've also seen some people using them only on the third phase. What would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance.

I'm still attempting to get myself to high enough of a light level. Then I need to find a raid team. This time, I am going to find one, and finally get to raid (has yet to find team and raid since starting in Dark Bellow).

What was u strat for adds? Storm callers? We got stuck because of communication with empowered. I found myself focusing on adds so much id forget to see if im enpowered.
When you're empowered, it lit does not matter if you grab canon or bombs. It does not matter. what absolutely matters is that you slam Aksis of corse.
QUESTION: When his back is open, does an empowered person simply have to jump into his back to 'dunk' ?
Yeah it auto dunks it when u jump on his back

I tried to do this blind, would get past each encounter then the group had to leave. Got to the point where no one on the recruitment sites wanted to do it blind.

I figured out another method *when stunned pop 2 Titan Defenders Get inside and Spam Dark Drinker Special Move of Spinning*
If you look in the primary weapons grimiore section you can find the fate of all fools is in there to be collected but I don't know how to get the weapon to get the card, maybe it's the new siva pulse rifle or not?
The fate of all fools is impossible to get. It was given to a guy with a brain disease because his doctors saw Destiny was helping his condition and recommended he continue to play it. Bungie heard about it and gifted him that special exotic gun. Though now the Jade Rabbit is the same exact perks gun just a different look.

what is superpower on this raid cuz when i was empowered i whent on a glowing red and slammed
My raid group got stuck at him for 4 hours yet we did everything else in an hour and a half. Still stuck there on 2 characters because we could never pass the first damage phase.
We have been stuck for 8 and still haven't beat it :/
First phase is pretty easy though... what LL were you guys?
HavenRegene My group was like 3 people at 365, a 367, and 2 368's.
The second part could be tough but I don't see why you shouldn't be able to do the first phase.
HavenRegene We finished the first phase in 25 minutes but then once Aksis came it fell apart.
Me and friends are trying to make the expansion last, so most of us are below 355 but we got to first boss half health.

Did it today we killed Aksis, but died as we killed him. Registered we beat it gave us the drops but reset us at the boss. Sooooo demoralizing.

About 5 hours in, and my team still can't keep up. Thankfully my light level is much higher now (356-365) so I should be able to keep up damage

My friends and I always manage to get him to his last phase but then shit hits the fan. It's basically "EMPOWERED mid,left, right, over, under, that angle!" chaos. It's annoying but at the same time freaking hilarious.
I'm having a painful time trying to increase my light. I'm farming heroic strikes for gear, but I'm only getting blues which don't raise my light. I'm currently 351 and I just can't get any higher since no higher gear is dropping for me

Honestly if u look hard on lfg, the minimum light level people expect is 350. Obviously most want 365. Yesterday night I took me like 7 minutes but I found a group. They taught how to do it and just after the first boss I was already a 355. U don't need to farm anymore. Your ready.
Been able to get to Aksis' second form, but not been able to kill him at all.

The empowered person can still pick up the cannon AND stun aksis while maintaining possession of the cannon the entire time.
I kinda need a raid team. a team I can rely on and won't leave the raid

Thank you for a nice simple explanation. I have yet to beat this last part because I always get paired with a team that couldn't explain it well to me. This video cleared up my confusion on a few steps I was doing wrong. Now to try again! I am a 382 Titan. i get that its supposed to be challenging.... but theres a limit. its so tedious. way too much going on at once, 1000 shanks, captins, cannons, alternating empowerment, and playforms. what happened to breaking the sheild and just shooting the fucker

I got to about 20% of aksises health and after that one of my empowered people was a titan and lifted to high in the air so he couldnt dunk aksis
