SubD is amazing man cool tutorial Gerald!
Yup... SubD makes it possible to create more organic shapes.

Kindly upload puffy look like puffy(paded)type jacket in normal surface I m a shoe designer but I don't understand how to easy create like Jordan shoe design in counter part in puffy
Hello :) Thank you for your useful video ! However when I drag my points up it doesn't make my surface in 3D.. have I missed a command ? Many thanks
Hmm..not sure whether i am understanding your situation. Perhaps, you should click and drag on the dot on the gumball for extrusions to ocurr. Cheers.
i have a question, im working on macbook, and when i make a subd plane and begin to edit the points, the nurbs look square, and no soft like the video, but if i convert this to mesh, then i see the polygon softed, why this could happening?
Hmm... that's strange. Have to press the TAB key to toggle to the smooth mode of the SubD? The TAB key toggles between flat and smooth mode of SubD objects.
I alsto struggled a bit with that. You have to go to the obj properties and switch on the edge softening tool or the thickening
hai... just wonder why imported obj is in black color even i already change rendering view?? to to solve it? Thanks
Hi, I am not too sure. Typically by default meshes imported into Rhino have no colour properties.
Because the matériels are missing so its by default what i do i assign them my matériels in rhino or enscape
