I believe the black and white basket weave scarf is Vera Neumann (may look like USNA?). Her scarves were made 1940s-1970s. If it's 100% silk it was probably made before the late sixties (as they started to be made with polyester after that).

Believe it or not, that off white long belt is a gait belt, used to hold on to someone who may not have good balance to catch them from falling. I've had physical therapy after knee surgery and have one.
