GTA SA - Prices - (PC) Manual versus Game (480p)

Local man Mr. PSX here is comparing prices of all the eating places and while the manual is not exactly wrong, prices mostly are correct either outside or inside LV, only the first option is 100% correct.
I used the PC v1.0 here, with the game disc inside a Windows XP computer. And the actual book -manual of the PC release.
