Everyone who won their auditions sat and arrived together, imagine that. 😂 My agent told me never to do CZcams, that it would hinder my chances, a year later they give CZcamsrs parts in sitcoms. After all this time, I think I’ll try CZcams to build a resume/practice and then audition for Hololive. I gotta prep like Goku if I wanna get in, and this Goku hasn’t sang since his drama club days. 😂

If you know how Hololive works you should already know that multiple auditions are not uncommon, just look for Nene's story, she applied and fail 4 times before getting in

I don't know what to say after I watched this, cause I feel like if this cannot get you into Hololive or other agencies, I think I will never have the chance to cause I probably won't have the talent to produce things like these. You have more than enough talent to be an indie VTuber tbh, agencies that did not consider you are missing a big treasure, so please do not give up.
If I am not wrong he passed the first round but didn't make it in the interview. Maybe he wasn't what they were looking for in terms of voice. And felt someone else suited the character better. Or maybe he wasn't as passionate in the interview and someone else gave better answers. It's many factors, the first round is "easy" but the second round gets even more competitive.
Why would it be too much? As I posted elsewhere, there is just a chance the jokes were lost in translation at Worse but I hear Gemma? Is a Cali girl so..... Besides 100% of if you are hired is from the series of interviews to determine if they want you not your intro video where you get to show the "best you"
@@JustenCh @Justen Ch. Having thought a bit more about this. I think that maybe this is too much of a video and not something you could do on a stream? Im more familliar with the Nijisanji application process, and if Hololive is the same, they might have wanted to see something that equates to a portion of a stream with an introduction instead of a highly produced video. You do illustrate all of your skills however which is very nice! But maybe next time make the audition more like a stream? Probably a singing stream will do nicely, you could show your extensive musical skills while still showing them your most important skill, which is actually streaming. All other skills should be backed up by other reference videos such as this one. Then, if you dont have a YT channel and this is your only one, start working on that, you would normally need to be a YT partner (4k hours watched, 1k subs), you should also really get a twitter and a tiktok. Im also interested to know what your anwsers were to the actual form, which I think you could share. Well i think thats all for now, but i would love to discuss this stuff with someone, its very interesting!

You have charisma and a lot of talent, and I would say to not give up and try auditioning again. But tribalism, even as a joke, isn't a good look when joining a company like Hololive and could cause potential drama (see what happened when Niji talents were caught talking about council in their discord server and how that caused a bit of issues for fans of both companies). I can see that as probably being the only reason you were passed on because this was a great video aside from that.

@@ItsDempseyTime CZcams doesn't seem to be very accurate with things like watch time and where the views are coming from. It'll often report things like 5-second watch intervals, even if a person may have watched a video for much longer. Analytics weren't designed to focus on such a minute level. I believe its only measure of accuracy is the view count on new videos.

Brother, if you don't ever get into holo, I want you to at least be one of their go-to collaborators. If you know how Hololive works you should already know that multiple auditions are not uncommon, just look for Nene's story, she applied and fail 4 times before getting in

And felt someone else suited the character better.
Or maybe he wasn't as passionate in the interview and someone else gave better answers.
It's many factors, the first round is "easy" but the second round gets even more competitive.

@@JustenCh @Justen Ch. Having thought a bit more about this. I think that maybe this is too much of a video and not something you could do on a stream? Im more familliar with the Nijisanji application process, and if Hololive is the same, they might have wanted to see something that equates to a portion of a stream with an introduction instead of a highly produced video. You do illustrate all of your skills however which is very nice! But maybe next time make the audition more like a stream? Probably a singing stream will do nicely, you could show your extensive musical skills while still showing them your most important skill, which is actually streaming. All other skills should be backed up by other reference videos such as this one. Then, if you dont have a YT channel and this is your only one, start working on that, you would normally need to be a YT partner (4k hours watched, 1k subs), you should also really get a twitter and a tiktok. Im also interested to know what your anwsers were to the actual form, which I think you could share. Well i think thats all for now, but i would love to discuss this stuff with someone, its very interesting!

You have charisma and a lot of talent, and I would say to not give up and try auditioning again. But tribalism, even as a joke, isn't a good look when joining a company like Hololive and could cause potential drama (see what happened when Niji talents were caught talking about council in their discord server and how that caused a bit of issues for fans of both companies). I can see that as probably being the only reason you were passed on because this was a great video aside from that.

@@ItsDempseyTime CZcams doesn't seem to be very accurate with things like watch time and where the views are coming from. It'll often report things like 5-second watch intervals, even if a person may have watched a video for much longer. Analytics weren't designed to focus on such a minute level. I believe its only measure of accuracy is the view count on new videos.
