The Key to Getting Scarlet is:
I don't really want her, I also not fan of her Design, but Her Black Shadow design is my favorite.
Suddenly got her when just finished chapter 17 on 2nd Account I got her only SINGLE PULL OF REGULAR CARD.

My 1st Account got Regular Scarlert is when I pull Scarlet BS ALONGSIDE WITH SNOW WHITE, so with that 10 Pull I got 3 PILGRIM.
