My SA offered me Kelly 28 in this exact color in Epsom and I excepted it even though this color was not on my wish list in first place.
I got surprised how well this color suited me and the bag in this color looks timeless. As well as you I’m drawn to bright colors like green, pink, but on the long run I think this color is better.

Thanks for talking about the Epsom leather. I didn't know that some people had an issue with it. Durability is VERY important to me. I can't use items that are too precious or fragile. They just don't work with my lifestyle.

Rouge venitien is a really cool red. I have a bastia i use for coins and i literally just got a bastia in Rose Pop in Chevre from the website. The color is stunning and i’m using it for floss, single packaged pills, and cough drops lol

The Bastia was my very first Hermes purchase, bought at FSH. It's in epsom and in feu. I have used it every day ever since I bought it over 7 years ago. It has held up beautifully. The epsom has softened. I do have dirt and residue on the inside from coins - I'm sure it can be cleaned. I think epsom works well with sellier bags, instead of retourne.

Really would have like to see you place items in it to show what actually fits. I want a bold color one, but haven't pulled the trigger. Now you have me wanting to look for 'what fits' videos.

I was torn between Bastia and Calvi, but ended up purchasing Calvi because both of the sides are good fit for cards and bills. Anyway, your Bastia sure has lovely colour and It feels so refreshing finding H colors here in YT that are not noir or etoupe or gold 😄

Spill in my bag and got my Bleu Electique Epsom leather Bastia wet 😅she looks a bit warped. Still love her though - I have had and used her for several years. I put cash, post it’s, coins, keys - all sorts of things in her. Enjoy 😊
