Claire has great insights on scaling a company! For entrepreneurs, remember that scaling is not just about hiring more people; it's about creating systems that allow your team to work smarter. Focus on automating processes early on to avoid growing pains later.

To me this seems like sobering up from yet another of stray paths and returning (or moving back closer) to something we might call "human default"... but the thing is - if you were to just define human default and stick to it, there would be no more need for books, podcasts and videos on the topic of human condition, which would stall this part of the economy (however small). In order to be forever relevant, you need to be for ever searching, which in turn means you need to never find it, and this can only be achieved through the eternal cycle of stray-return. In this example, pushing, performing and being a yes-man is the upper part of the sine wave, rethinking and saying "hey... don't do the previous, actually do something different (usually opposite) is the lower part (below the X axis), which brings us back to the "human default", which we, by the power of gray skull, need to overdo, just to make room for another new philosophy of life, and the roller coastery sine wave restarts.
    Isn't it how it is?
Yours truly - a sincerely huge fan and admirer of yours
