    I haven't snowmobiled for 24 years with my last one being a 1997 Ski Doo Formula III 700, and just got a Renegade XRS 900 Turbo R to get back into it. Very pleased with it and honesty there would never be any reason to make anything anymore powerful than this beast. There is zero reason to modify it to make it any faster, and if ski doo would offer a 250hp version, I wouldn't even be slightly interested lol.

      Yes, for sure definitely don’t need more power but I’m sure they’ll be a lot of lotta hard course letters that would line up for the 250. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.

    I have done 3000km on Renegade 900 ACE T with the McX 250 kit, McX-kit working flawless but the stock intake gave up but there are some alu-clamps you can buy to make sure the intake stays in one piece. Kit is now on the bench, probably putting it on my new 2024 x-rs 900 T R for next season, will be running it stock this season.

    Mike, I'm very interested in your feedback on the McX 210 kit. Would be nice to see how it works with a stock 900r or stock 850 doo. I'm guessing Ernie's SRX has all Dave's stuff in it and it would be nice to see how close you can get to him. I realize the 998s tuned are monsters from my own experience with mine on Dave's tune, but would just be nice to see how close. Can't wait to hear more feedback on the McX kit! Cheers!

      @mikeguliz  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Yes, for sure soon as I have her broken and I’m going to give my thoughts what I think and eventually we’re gonna go at it with Ernie and we’ll see how close I can get to him with his big 260 tune👍

      @@mikeguliz Ernie's stuff is always an animal, but I'd be happy to just keep those tuned 998's in sight! LOL. I always miss my Hurricane tuned Winder when i hit the big wide open trails. I do however like my Mach on the bottom end, nice and snappy down low. I'm hearing the '24s work really well stock but am excited to hear more guys with the McX kit. Chris seems like a really good guy to work with, does he sell the kits outright or just installs? Any idea on kit alone cost? 😀

      @@rockerdan not really sure but I don’t see why not. He is in direct contact with the company in Sweden I think he was mentioning how there’s a limited amount, but if he can get it, I’m sure he’ll sell it

    Hey Mike! Where were you actually riding? Obviously you started in the US, but where, and then into Canada, but where? I rode Quebec for 24 yrs. The Best! Did the Gaspe Peninsula 15 times. In 2018 I got 2yrs. in jail for beating up a black guy who went in my house, got lucky, found my snowmobile money $7K and stole it. Took 10 mo. to find out for sure who did it, beat him senseless and I go to jail. Only in Ma. Anyway what,s the top end, and how much are they selling for$$$. I,m going back at age 68! Sorry to say I find the video uninformative. My guess is Quebec or NB as some signage is in French which I,m fluent! How does it handle? Are there adjustments? Your a big guy. I,m 6-4 235lbs. My 2005 Mach Z was the best sled I ever owned. I got almost 3 seasons out of it. 3rd season she blew up at 11,200 US miles. Sold it to an Outlaw for $2,500.00 and hooked him up with Al,s used parts in Vt.Every sled since has sucked! I want to ride not drink beer on the side of the trail! Jeff Dusti Shirley, Ma.

      No, I ride in Canada never been to the US mostly Ontario northern and southern and Quebec sleds are pretty expensive nowadays I paid mine over 30,000 and put like five grand into the engine and I change the spring because I’m way over 300 pounds and car bites track had to change the track to get some hook up with the extra power have a lot of money into the sled they’re not cheap no more that’s a 42 or a little cheaper don’t last as long. I’ve heard of people doing 50,000 plus km on a four stroke. yes, if you cruise along on a four stroke, you’re OK with the handling but if you push in the like to have fun, you have to work on the handling probably changing see what works best for you. Suspension smart shocks. Don’t need anything. They self adjust to you work awesome, I just put a heavier spring so I can hold me and my bags and think I finally had her handling not too bad at the end of the season but last year we had a bad season didn’t do much writing hopefully I get her to my liking this year

      @@mikeguliz Hey, 1 sled head to another, - Thank you for the reply/s! You have to be talking Canadian $$ Man has the technology changed! My first new sled was a 1971 Sno-Prince! 18hp 1lunger. Cost $700.00 +3% Ma. sales tax so $721.00 free delivery. I was 15yrs. old back then and we used to get a lot of snow but between the climate and construction = NO TRESPASSING I finally got to see Quebec and fell in love with the people, trails, culture! Even became best friends with Mom Boucher! I,m actually in a video they did on him. Google me! I met him as a snowmobiler! As it turned out we had a lot in common. Yet far from everything! Can,t explain it, 2 opposite persons yet so much alike! I just happen to have $30K and need a new sled! I,d like to find a 2022? anniversary Mach- Z! People want more than they paid when you find someone willing to sell one. Tricked out they are awesome and now made only after 15yrs. I/we usually trailer to Quebec City or St. Foy and then head for Hotel Roberval, next day to Tadusac, then either back to QC or Nord to Godleau, take the ferry across the St. Larry to Matane! Beginning of Gaspe P. Depends on how much time we have. I,m retired and still love a 250 - 300US mile day at age 68! Used to be 350+ when I was young. Ride safe brother! Jeff Dusti Shirley, Ma.
